In Ecclesia Remembrance Anthem

“O Radiant Dawn” by James MacMillan Before the current lockdown, the local choir “In Ecclesia” were rehearsing in St Andrew’s and recorded James Macmillan’s anthem “O Radiant Dawn” as a tribute to the Fallen on Remembrance Day. They have kindly given St Andrew’s permission to post it for this time of Remembrance, for which we are most grateful. The project was directed by Jenn Botterill, a member of the choir.

Reflections for Good Friday: Readings, Music, Thoughts

These reflections on the story of Good Friday are created in place of the United Service normally held in St Andrews Church on that day, at which we often welcome fellow-Christians from St Richards and the Evangelical Congregational Church. The recording lasts about 40 minutes but there are four sections which can be listened to separately if you wish. They are designed for an adult congregation rather than all-age worship.
