Liz reminded us that Jesus needs to be invited into our lives all the time rather than just when we need him. We shouldn’t leave him in the hallway barbecue we are embarrassed to bring him into our lounges.
Martin spoke to us on Acts on how God shows his love for us and that we need to love each other as he loved us. Drawing upon the example of Peter we are encouraged to trust God and “don’t be afraid to try but to be afraid not to try”.
