For your daily constitutional over the Easter weekend, make sure you visit the ceremonial life-sized Cross which John Cottenham and John Osborne have erected at Fleed Cross (just off the main road going west out of Wivey after you’ve negotiated the Devil’s Elbow hairpin bends.) From it you can get a panoramic view over Wivey and pray a blessing of hope on the land and the community.
