Holy week worship online in the Benefice and on the web

There is a wide variety of opportunities to worship for people of all ages this Holy Week. For Families Young families who enjoy zooming can experience worship with Katherine Lyddon, our Deanery pioneer, on Maundy Thursday, at 6 p.m., Good Friday at 10 a.m., and Easter Sunday at 10:15 a.m. To obtain a password to enter these meetings, please contact Martin (01984 248601) or Katherine. Look to the hills…..

For your daily constitutional over the Easter weekend, make sure you visit the ceremonial life-sized Cross which John Cottenham and John Osborne have erected at Fleed Cross (just off the main road going west out of Wivey after you’ve negotiated the Devil’s Elbow hairpin bends.) From it you can get a panoramic view over Wivey and pray a blessing of hope on the land and the community.
