Good Friday at St Andrew’s
A reflection in the Square at 10am will be followed by a service of Reflection and Prayers at 10.30am at St Andrew’s. This will be led by Rev Juliet Gosling Brown.
Maundy Thursday supper
Rev Hugh Allen will lead an evening reflecting on Passover and the Last Supper featuring a shared meal. You are warmly invited to join us in remembering Jesus’ last meal with His disciples. Please let us know if you plan to attend for catering purposes.
Funeral of Prebendary Chris Marshall
The funeral with Eurcharist of Chris Marshall, will take place at Milverton Church on 23rd March at 12 noon. Chris was a former rector of St Andrew’s and warmly remembered by many in the community. The family have asked for dress code to include a splash of colour.
Benefice vision morning
Church and community meeting to discuss our vision and what we are looking for in our new rector The benefice of Wiveliscombe and the Hills is in the process of advertising for a new rector. This position is one that affects all in the area, whether involved in church or not, so everyone is warmly invited to be involved in the discussion. The meeting will be followed by further discussion which everyone is welcome to stay for.
